摘  要:主要对不同直径的煤炭颗粒在直管道中的流动性进行分析和对同种直径的煤炭颗粒在不同管道中的流动性进行分析。当煤炭颗粒的直径为0.40 mm时,水煤浆出现了明显的分层现象,煤炭颗粒下沉,当煤炭颗粒直径减小到0.20 mm,甚至更小时,分层现象变得不明显;0.20 mm的煤炭颗粒在直管道的流动性较好,在弯管道中出现了分层现象,并且弯转角度越小,分层现象越明显。Mainly and analyzes the analyzing the flow of the coal particles with different diameters in straight flow of the same diameter of coal particles in different pipelines. When channel, the coal particles with the diameter are of 0.40 mm, coal water slurry appears obvious stratification, coal particle are sinking,while decreasing coal particle diameter to 0.20 mm, or even smaller, stratification becomes not obvious;the flow is better when the coal particle of 0.20 mm liquidity is in the straight pipe, stratification phenomenon appears in the curved pipe. The smaller is the bending rotating angle ,the more obvious stratification phenomenon.
