摘　　要：通过对支重轮总成3个主要渗漏油部位及原因进行分析,找出了影响支重轮渗漏油的主要原因是两浮封环接触面间的润滑状态不良以及与密封有关的零件的加工质量及总成装配质量,并在产品设计及加工、装配方法上给出了一些合理的对策,以改善支重轮总成的密封质量,提高企业的生产效率,降低生产成本及工人的劳动强度。The supporting wheel assembly three main leakage location and cause analysis, find out the main cause influencing roller oil leakage is the lubrication state of two floating seal ring contact surface between the adverse and sealing process quality related parts and assembly quality, and the design and processing, assembling method,gives some reasonable suggestions in the product, to improve the supporting wheel assembly sealing quality,improve the construction enterprise production efficiency, reduce production cost and labor intensity of workers.
