摘　　要：针对Z535型立式钻床设计了一种新型的自动换刀系统,介绍了换刀系统的结构,换刀机械臂的气动工作原理及气动回路设计,以及系统的驱动电机控制、刀具位置的定位控制、换刀装置工作气缸的运动控制等核心问题。A new type of automatic cutting tool exchanging device for Z535 type vertical drilling machine has been designed in order to replace manual cutting tool exchange pattern. And some core issues were introduced in this paper such as the structure of the cutting tool change system, the cutting tool change of mechanical arm pneumatic working principle and circuit design, as well as the system of the drive motor positioning control of the position control, cutting tool, the cutting tool exchange device working cylinder.
