摘　　要：现阶段大多数的煤矿,特别是露天煤矿企业采用使用方便,调度灵活的大型自卸卡车运送煤炭及剥离物的运输方式,虽然经济实用,但是对车辆运行信息的采集却处于相对落后的状态,针对这一情况提出并设计了一套及时、准确采集信息的卡车工况监测系统。A lot of coal mine especially the coal mine in the open use the truck transport the coal and something .This transportation is very nimble and convenience. The present situation and development of vehicle management information system for factories and both home and aboard have been introduced first Contra posing the current situation that the majority of factories and mines are backward in acquiring vehicle moving information the paper has designed efective information acquisition system.
