摘　　要：产品设计的标准化是机械制造行业提高设计效率的有效方法,配置标准化和部件模块化是标准化设计的核心,另外还对冲瓶机的关键部件底板架、支撑座、分水盘等提出了优化的设计方案。The standardization of product design was an effective method for the machinery manufacturing industry to improve design efficiency was proposed in the paper , Configuration standardization and modular components were the core of the standard design .And a feasible design for the bottom frame ,bearing support , and distributor etc .,the key components of rinser were proposed .
