摘　　要：细胞凋亡是细胞为维持自身内环境稳态,主动进行的连续、动态的经由基因控制的自主有序死亡过程。线粒体是真核细胞内极为重要的含有两层膜结构的细胞器,其膜结构的完整性对维持线粒体的结构和功能完整性有着极为重要的作用,细胞凋亡过程中多个关键事件与线粒体相关,本文就线粒体和细胞凋亡之间的关系进行概述。Apoptosis is a continuous ,dynamic and self-ordered dying process of cells .It is important for main-taining cells＇homeostasis and regulated by genes .Mitochondria are present in most of eukaryotic cells and composed of two film coated organelles .The integrity of the membrane plays an important role in physiological functions of mitochondria .Mitochondria involved of many essential events in apoptosis .In the paper ,relationship between mi-tochondria and apoptosis will be briefly reviewed .
