摘　　要：辅酶Q10是线粒体电子传递链中的一种重要辅酶,也是存在于线粒体中的一种重要脂溶性抗氧化剂。辅酶Q10在医学上的应用十分广泛,主要体现在心血管疾病、高血压、神经系统疾病方面。近些年来研究发现辅酶Q10在高原医学方面也有很大的应用前景,现对其进行综合阐述。Coenzyme Q10 is not only an important coenzyme in the mitochondrial electron transport chain ,but also one of the important fat-soluble antioxidants existing in the mitochondria .It has been widely used in medicine , especially in cardiovascular diseases ,hypertension ,nervous system diseases ,and etc .Studies have found that coen-zyme Q10 may also have a great application prospect in high altitude medicine ,and this review will give some proof about that .
