摘　　要：中国石化济南分公司对丙烷脱沥青装置萃取塔内部结构进行改造,增加加热炉余热回收系统,优化工艺流程,加强萃取塔、沉降塔温度控制。生产出合格的HVIⅡ150BS光亮油原料,同时装置能耗得到降低,达到了装置改造目的。China Petrochemical Group, Jinan Branch, had revamped internal structure of extraction tower, add waste heat recovery system to the heating furnace, optirnised the process,Strengthened the temperature control of extraetion tower and settling tower for propane deasphalting. They had produeed qualified material of HV111150BS Bright Stock. Simultaneously, the energy consumption of deasphalting had reduced. The purpose of revamping had reached.
