消定膏联合陇中消肿止痛合剂治疗急性创伤性膝关节滑膜炎42例

摘　　要：目的:观察消定膏配合陇中消肿止痛合剂治疗急性创伤性膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法:将126例急性创伤性膝关节滑膜炎患者随机分3组各42例,治疗一组用消定膏外敷治疗,治疗二组用消定膏外敷+消肿止痛合剂口服治疗,对照组用复方七叶皂苷钠凝胶外用治疗,3组治疗2周后观察临床疗效。结果:3组在缓解疼痛、减轻肿胀、改善关节功能等方面与治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗2组在缓解疼痛及减轻肿胀方面效果更佳,治疗1组次之,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:陇中消定膏外敷联合消肿止痛合剂口服能较好地改善创伤性膝关节滑膜炎患者的疼痛与肿胀,临床疗效明显。Objective：To survey therapeutic effects of XiaoDing ointment and LongZhong XiaoZhong ZhiTong mixture in treating acute traumatic gonarthromeningitis. Methods： Altogether 126 patients were separated into the treatment group No.1 （XiaoDing ointment for external use）, the treatment group No.2 （XiaoDing ointment for exter-nal use and XiaoZhong ZhiTong mixture for oral administration） and the control group （compound sodium aescinate gel for external use）, clinical effects were observed when three groups were treated for two weeks. Results：The dif-ference indicated statistical meaning when three groups after treating were compared with before treating in relieving the pain and the swelling, improving joint function （P〈0.05）, but XiaoDing ointment and XiaoZhong ZhiTong mix-ture could alleviate the pain and the swelling better, the next was XiaoDing ointment, the differences showed statisti-cal meaning when both groups were compared with the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：LongZhong XiaoDing ointment for external use and XiaoZhong ZhiTong mixture for oral administration could improve the pain and swelling of the patients, they demonstrate better effects in clinic.
