廉政风险防控系统在医院管理中的应用

摘　　要：廉政风险防控系统采用B/S模式,针对因教育、制度、监督不到位和党员干部不能廉洁自律而产生的廉洁风险,以防范廉洁风险作为核心内容而建立。它将医院医疗、招投标、财务、人事、基建、科研等日常工作集中于一个界面,并对每项工作流程进行逐一规范,对每项工作风险点逐一定义,以腐败和不正之风问题易发多发的主要部门为重点,突出重要权力和权力行使的关键环节,运用现代信息技术,建立实用、有效的廉洁风险防控体系,规范权力行使的环节和流程。Incorrupt government risk prevention and control system could adopt B/S model, it is established by taking incorrupt government risk prevention and control as the core content, aimed at the risk of incorrupt govern-ment which is caused by incomplete education, system and the monitoring as well as Party members and cadres lack discipline. The system could put daily work including hospital medical therapy, bidding, finance, human resources, capital construction, scientific research and others on one plane, push workflow standardization gradually and define the risk point of the work one by one, it focuses on main departments which are found with corruption and malprac-tices easily, and highlights the key links of important power and execution, it is practical and effective to push the link and procedure of power execution standardization by modern information technology.
