白银市社区婴幼儿疾病构成调查分析

摘　　要：目的：了解白银市区所辖各社区卫生服务中心婴幼儿疾病构成情况。方法：随机抽取3个市区社区卫生服务中心近2年来就诊的5000名0～6岁婴幼儿资料进行整理、统计和分析。结果：上呼吸道感染是社区0～6岁婴幼儿发病率最高的疾病，婴幼儿腹泻、佝偻病、肺炎、贫血依次排为2、3、4、5位，而佝偻病和贫血患儿更易于诱发其他疾病。结论：合理喂养、体能锻炼、如何补充D3、微量元素和改变旧的育儿观念是婴幼儿健康成长的关键。Objective：To survey the conditions of infant disease composition in Baiyin municipality communi-ty health service centers. Methods： All 5 000 infants aged between zero and six years were chosen in recent two years from three community health service centers randomly, and their information was collected, counted and ana-lyzed. Results：Upper respiratory tract infection （URTI） was the disease with high incidence rate for the infants, the next were diarrhea, rickets, pneumonia and anemia, while rickets and anemia could cause other diseases easily. Con-clusion：The key points of the infant growing healthily are rational feeding, physical exercise, how to make up D 3 and trace elements, and changing old childbearing beliefs.
