液氮喷冻联合光动力治疗肛管内泛发尖锐湿疣疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:评价液氮喷冻联合光动力治疗肛管内泛发尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法:选择26例肛管内泛发尖锐湿疣患者,肛门镜扩开肛门,用液氮枪喷冻治疗约1 min,然后用肛门镜中间柱体将浸有10%盐酸氨酮戊酸散的纱布挤压在疣体上约1 h;艾拉激光照射20 min。结果:治愈率96.15%,平均治疗2.96次。结论:液氮喷冻联合光动力治疗肛管内泛发尖锐湿疣有效。Objective：To assess the efficacy of liquid nitrogen freezing combined with photodynamic therapy in the treatment of multiple anal condyloma acuminatum （MACA）. Methods： Twenty six patients with MACA were selected. The anoscope was inserted into the anus and the MACA were freezed with liquid nitrogen for 1 minute. And then the gauze soaked in 10% aminolevulinic acid hydrochloride were pressed on the warts by the cylinder of anoscope for 1 hour. After that the warts were irradiated with laser for 20 minutes. Results：The cure rate was 96. 15%. The average times of treatment was 2. 96. Conclusion： Liquid nitrogen freezing combined with photodynamic therapy was effective in the treatment of multiple anal condyloma acuminatum.
