摘　　要：患者,女,22岁。右肩胛及胸部淡褐色不规则色素沉着斑伴右侧乳房发育不全10余年。胸部X线结果示:脊柱下胸段稍侧弯。诊断:Becker痣综合征。A 22 -year-old female presented with irregular pigmentation spot on the right shoulder and chest with hypoplasia of the right breast for 10 years. Chest X-ray showed the lower thoracic spine appears scoliosis slightly. The diagnosis of Becker＆#39;s nevus syndrome was made.
