血浆置换联合灌流治疗肝性脊髓病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血浆置换联合灌流治疗肝性脊髓病(hepatic myelopathy,HM)的临床疗效。方法收集1998年1月至2013年5月油田总医院集团收治的62例HM患者,对比单纯药物治疗与药物加血浆置换联合灌流的治疗效果。结果全组共缓解39例,缓解率62.9%;单纯药物治疗缓解13例,缓解率41.9%;药物联合血液透析治疗缓解26例,缓解率83.9%;两种治疗方法比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血浆置换联合灌流治疗肝性脊髓病值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze clinical curative effect of plasma exchange combined with hemodialsis in the treatment of hepatic myelophy （HM）. Methods Sixty-two HM patients from Jan 1998 to May 2013 were collected. Curative effect between simple drug and drug combined with blood purification was compared. Results In all cases, there were 39 cases of remission, remission rate was 62. 9%. Thirteen cases were alleviated after simple drug treatment, remission rate was 41.9%. Twenty six cases were alleviated after drug combined with blood purification treatment, remission rate was 83.9%. There was significant difference between the two treatment methods （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The method of plasma exchange combined with hemodialsis in treatment of hepatic myelophy is worth of clinical popularization and application.
