摘 要:以香蜂花试管苗为材料,研究不同浓度ABA和不同因素(白糖、琼脂、甘露醇、多效唑)对香蜂花试管苗离体保存的影响,并且测定试管苗在最佳培养基保存过程中抗氧化酶活性的变化.结果表明:适宜香蜂花试管苗离体保存的最佳培养基为MS+20 g·L-1白糖+9 g·L-1琼脂+10 g·L-1甘露醇+7 mg·L-1多效唑;同时发现最佳培养基与对照MS培养基中试管苗的抗氧化酶(SOD、CAT及POD)活性的变化趋势都是先上升后下降,但最佳培养基上的试管苗的酶活性要高于对照并且延迟了酶活性最高峰出现的时间.The effects of in vitro conservation on Melissa offtcinalis planflets under different concentrations of ABA and different factors (sugar, agarophyte, mannitol, paclobutrazol), and the changes in activities of antioxidase of the planflets fi'om different mediawere examined. The results showed that the best medium for in vitro conservation of Melissa officinalis plantlets was MS medium with20 g·L-1 sugar, 9 g·L-1 agarophyte, 10 g·L-1 mannitol and 7 mg·L-1 paclobutrazol. Additionally, trends of these antioxl-dase (SOD, CAT, and POD) activities in vitro conservation of Melissa officinalis plant.lets on both the best medium and the MS medium were accordant, rose at first and then declined. But the antioxidase activity of the plantlets kept on the best medium was higherthan that on the MS medium and delayed the time of the peak of enzyme activity.
