银杏叶片联合弥可保、泼尼松治疗急性特发性耳鸣临床应用观察

摘　　要：目的探讨银杏叶片、弥可保、泼尼松三药联合治疗急性期特发性耳鸣的效果,为特发性耳鸣的治疗探索有效的治疗方法。方法根据特发性耳鸣的临床特点,确定研究对象,设计三种不同的药物治疗方案,方案一(治疗组T):银杏叶片+弥可保+泼尼松,方案二(对照组A):银杏叶片+弥可保,方案三(对照组B):弥可保,每一个体的治疗方案随机抽取,分别对比各个不同治疗方案的治愈率、显效率、有效率和无效率。结果治疗组T与对照组A和对照组B分别比较,治愈率、显效率、有效率及总有效率之间的差异,有非常显著的统计学意义。对照组A和对照组B相比较,治愈率、显效率、有效率及总有效率之间的差异没有统计学意义。结论银杏叶片、弥可保、泼尼松三药联合治疗对急性期特发性耳鸣的疗效有明显的优势,可以作为首选的药物治疗措施,多种药物联合可能对病人有正性心理暗示作用;激素在急性期特发性耳鸣治疗过程中可能有比较显著的作用。Objective To investigate the therapentic effect of Ginkgo leaf tablets therapy Ginkgo leaf tablets combining methylcobalamin and prednisone on acute idiopathic tinnitus.Methods All the patients, who had been diagnosed as acute idiopathic tinnitus in out-patient department, had one treatment scheme selected randomly from follow three items, ①ginkgo leaf tablets＋methylcobalamin＋prednisone; ②ginkgo leaf tablets＋methylcobalamin; ③methylcobalamin. Compared were their different therapentic effects.Results The treatment group with ginkgo leaf tablets＋methylcobalamin＋prednisone got their more obvious therapentic effect. When compared with the other 2 groups, but no significant difference seen between the group treated with ginkgo leaf tablets methylcobalamin and the group treated with methylcobalamin only.Conclusions Ginkgo leaf tablets combining methylcobalamin and prednisone has obvious therapentic effect acute idiopathic tinnitus. Maybe prednisone playes an important role in this therapy.
