摘　　要：近些年来,人民币内外价值偏离的现象日益显现,并给我国社会经济的健康发展和宏观调控带来了阻碍。为此,国内外学者分别从危害、产生的根源、形成的机理以及应对之策等四个方面对人民币内外价值偏离问题开展了研究,并形成了一系列成果。在对上述研究成果进行梳理和评述的基础上,得出人民币内外价值偏离现象的产生源自于外部冲击效应的结论。关于人民币内外价值偏离问题的研究,应在进一步做好冲击源研究的基础上,重点要放在形成机制和调节机制的研究上,在研究过程中应强调理论研究与实证研究相结合。In recent years, the phenomenon of internal and external value of the RMB deviation increases apparently, and brings obstacles to the healthy development and macro-control of China＆#39;s socio-economic. Therefore, scholars at home and abroad conducted research to this phenomenon from four aspects, such as the harm, the root causes, the formation mechanism and countermeasures, and formed a series of achievements. Based on the review and comments on the above research results, the authors contend that the internal and external value of the RMB deviation is a kind of external shock effect. Future research on the internal and external value of the RMB deviation should further improve the impact of research on the basis of the source, then focus on the formation mechanism and the regulation mechanism. Besides, future studies should emphasize the combination of theoretical research and empirical research in the course of the study.
