摘　　要：化肥循环水系统异养菌超高会带来设备腐蚀和结垢的风险。通过试验逐项排查可能存在异养菌含量超高的原因,是解决现场循环水问题的有效手段。缓蚀阻垢剂、杀菌剂和生物分散剂的用量配比直接影响系统的杀菌效果,探索三者最优配比是提高杀菌效果的关键。Ultra-high count of heterotrophic bacteria in fertilizer recirculating water system can bring ultra-high risk of corroding and fouling equipment.It is an effective means to solve the problem of recirculating water on site,that reasons of Ultra-high count of heterotrophic bacteria are found out one by one with experiment.Ratio of the amount of corrosion inhibitor and scale,bactericide,and biocide dispersion,can directly Influencebactericidal effect.It is the key to improve the bactericidal effect to search the best ratio of them scheme.
