摘  要:以聚碳酸酯二元醇(PCD)和羟基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)为软段、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为硬段,在乳化过程中引入纳米SiO_2,制得光固化水性聚氨酯纳米复合乳液。采用纳米粒度仪、SEM、光学接触角测量仪、电子拉力机等对复合乳液和复合膜的结构与性能进行了表征。研究结果表明:纳米SiO_2相互接触,形成了连续的纳米SiO_2网状结构贯穿于整个聚合物基体中;PDMS与纳米SiO_2的复合引入使复合膜杨氏模量、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、表面疏水性及耐水性均得到显著提高。Using polycarbonate diol (PCD) and polydimethylsioxane (PDMS) as the mixed soft segments, IPDI as hard segments, the PCD-PDMS based polyurethane/nano-SiO2 nanocomposite dispersions were prepared using aqueous nano-SiO2 sol. The structure and properties were characterized by particle size analyzer, SEM, optical contact angle measuring instruments, UV-Vis, mechanical and water resis-tance tests. Results showed that nano-SiO2 formed the continuous network and occupied the most parts of the matrix. Young modulus, tensile strength, elongation at break, surface hydrophobicity and water resistance of the nanocomposite films were significantly increased with the incorporation of PDMS and nano-SiO2.
