摘 要:目的研究骨保护蛋白(OPG)和核因子-κB受体活化子配体(RANKL)及相关骨代谢指标与老年男性骨质疏松症的关系。方法收集该院2012年1月~2013年12月经双能X线骨密度仪检测确诊为老年性骨质疏松症患者84例,同期老年健康体检者82例作为正常对照组,入选者均行体格检查,记录BMI(即体重指数(BMI)=体重(公斤)/身高(米)的平方)、年龄、测量腰椎1~4(L1~4)及股骨颈的骨密度,同时作血清OPG、RANKL、IFN-γ、TNF—α、IL-10等骨代谢指标及细胞因子等检验,采用SPSS17.0统计软件包处理数据。结果与对照组相比较,骨质疏松组患者BAP、OST水平显著升高,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);血钙、血磷水平差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。骨质疏松组患者与对照组相比较,OPG、RANKL、IFN-γ、TNF—α水平升高,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);IL-10水平降低,差异也具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论OPG、RANKL水平在男性老年骨质疏松患者中明显升高,表明OPG及RANKL在老年骨质疏松的发病中具有重要作用。Objective To elucidate the relationship between BMI and osteoporosis, soas to provide the reference for prevention and cure of OP of the region. Methods Bone density in lumbar spine and left proximal femur were measured in 180 aged patients used Norland XR- 600 dual energy X- ray absorptiometry and the relevancy between each factor and bone mineral density(BMD} was analysised. Results Spearman correlation analysis showed that the age, menopausal age and smoking were negatively correlated with BMD; BMI, calcium and vitamin D were positively correlated with BMD. Age and BMI had significant difference. The difference of OP incidence rate in 180 subjects with too low, normal and overweight body mass was statistically significant (X^2 = 11. 297, P〈 0.01). Conclusion The incidence of OP in the local elderly population was negatively correlated with BMI, the elder should be reasonable and proper diet, maintain a normal body weight, effectively reduce the risk factors for osteoporosis.
