摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌患者术后放化疗后的社区护理方式与作用。方法回顾总结42例乳腺癌患者术后社区护理的内容和经验,并观察分析护理效果。结果 42例乳腺癌术后患者41例完成全程化疗,其中21例完成全程放疗,恢复良好。结论乳腺癌术后患者社区护理可以改善患者生活质量,协助患者完全康复。Objective To investigate the role of community nursing of the breast cancer patients postoperative after radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Methods The content and experiences of community care and nursing observation were summarized and analyzed for 42 cases of breast cancer. Results Forty- one of all patients received an entire process chemotherapy, and then the twenty- one patients also received the entire radiotherapy. Finally, all patients had a good recovery. Conclusion Community care can improve the life quality of breast cancer patients and help they recovered fully.
