下鼻甲外移术在鼻中隔偏曲手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨下鼻甲外移术在鼻中隔偏曲矫正术中的应用效果。方法:将55例鼻中隔偏曲合并下鼻甲肥大的患者随机分为联合治疗组和鼻中隔矫正组。联合治疗组33例行鼻中隔偏曲矫正术+下鼻甲外移术;鼻中隔矫正组22例单纯行鼻中隔偏曲矫正术。结果:所有患者随访1年以上,联合治疗组痊愈25例,有效8例,治愈率75.8%,好转率100.0%;鼻中隔矫正组痊愈7例,有效11例,无效4例,治愈率31.8%,好转率81.8%;2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:鼻内镜下针对性行鼻中隔偏曲矫正+下鼻甲外移术治疗,组织损伤小,效果好,安全,符合功能性治疗,方法容易掌握,值得推广。Objective：To explore the effects of the external removal of inferior turbinate in the correction of nasal septum deviation. Methods：Fifty-five patients with nasal septum deviation complicated with inferior turbinate hypertrophy were randomly divided into treatment group（33 cases） and nasal septum correction group（22 cases）. The treatment group and nasal septum correction group were treated with the correction of nasal septum deviation combined with external removal of inferior turbinate and correction of nasal septum deviation,respectively. Results：All patients were followed up for more than 1 year. Amony the treatment group,25 patients were cured, 8 patients were effective,the cure and improvement rates were 75. 8% and 100. 0%,respectively. Among the nasal septum correction group,7 patients were cured,11 patients were effective,and 4 patients were ineffective,the cure and improvement rates were 31. 8%and 81. 8%,respectively. The difference between the two groups had statistical significance（P〈0. 01）. Conclusions：The correction of nasal septum deviation combined with external removal of inferior turbinate is little tissue damage,good effect,safety,consistent with the functional treatment,which is worth popularizing.
