环保型纸餐具拒油脱模剂的合成与应用研究

摘　　要：以氟化乙烯基醚为防水防油功能单体,采用溶液聚合、加水反相乳化、蒸馏溶剂、复配功能助剂的工艺制备了环保型纸餐具拒油脱模剂。经检测乳液存储稳定;应用实验表明,脱模、拒油性优良、长周期使用性能比较稳定;经权威部门检测,确认无PFOS/PFOA、无毒,可以作为食品类接触材料,是新一代纸餐具拒油脱模剂替代品。Environment friendly paper tableware oil-repellent release agent was produced using fluoride vinyl ether as water and oil proofing functional monomer by process of solution polymerization, adding water inverse emulsification, distillation solvent and compounding functional additives. The emulsion had stability storage via detecting; Application results indicated that the demoulding and oil-repellent performance was excellent; using performance was stable for a long period of time; the emulsion had no PFOS/PFOA, non-toxic which was confirmed by the authoritative department detection, could be used as food contact materials, and was a new generation of paper tableware oil-repellent release agent substitutes.
