摘 要:研究了1种玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂基耐高温复合材料,对材料的工艺性、耐热性和力学性能进行了分析。结果表明,树脂基体的拉伸强度87.51 MPa,弯曲强度130 MPa;单向纤维增强复合材料0°方向的拉伸强度1 464 MPa,层间剪切强度79.05 MPa,力学性能优良。该复合材料适用于制造耐高温膜外壳,在多种高温水处理环境中具有广阔的应用前景。This paper showed a kind of composite which had glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin matrix. Technology, heat resistance and mechanical properties were studied. The results showed that the tensile strength of the resin matrix was 87.51 MPa, the bending strength was 130 MPa; tensile strength of unidirectional fiber reinforced composite materials at 0° direction was 1 464 MPa,interlaminar shear strength was 79.05 MPa, mechanical properties was excellent. The composite was suitable for manufacturing heat resistant reverse osmosis membranes, and had broad application prospect in high temperature water processing.
