风险检验在低压羰基合成装置中的应用

摘  要:应用基于风险的检验技术(RBI)对某公司OXO装置实施延期检验的压力容器进行了风险分析,通过DNV ORBIT Onshore软件计算给出了该装置压力容器5 a内的风险变化情况。结果表明,到2012年,装置中高风险等级较2011年风险上升较快,共有51个评价单元,占单元总量的8.79%,通过适当的检验方案(包括在线检验手段)来降低其失效可能性等级,降低其整个装置中高风险单元的风险水平;其余91.21%评价单元处于中低风险,可采取等风险级别原则,即控制在下一次检验开始之前的风险等级维持在原有水平,确保设备表本质安全。Based on risk based inspection(RBI) technology, risk analysis was applied on the postponed inspection pressure vessels of OXO unit in a company. The risk changes of pressure vessels in 5 a were acquired by DNV ORBIT Onshore software, which shows that by 2012 the medium-high risk rank rose faster than that of 2011. There were 51 evaluation units which was 8.79% of unit evaluation units. The failure likelihood category could be reduced by proper inspection plan including online inspection so as to reduce the risk level of medium-high risk units. The other 91.21% were medium-low risk evaluation units, the equal rank principle could be put to sue to control that the risk rank was within the original level before the next inspection period. Only in this way, could ensure the equipment safety.
