摘  要:对弹簧喷嘴进行了雾化性能试验研究,结果表明,射流一开始呈连续的液膜,然后液膜破裂成液线及最终的液滴;随着负荷的增加,弹簧喷嘴雾化锥角逐渐增大;在额定负荷下,弹簧喷嘴的雾化对称性和雾化液滴粒径平均分布情况都较为良好;随着负荷的增加,弹簧喷嘴雾化液滴的索太尔直径、最小直径和最大直径都逐渐增大.Spring nozzle is widely used in deaerator,however,its atomization performance significantly affects the heat and mass transfer rate.The atomization formed by the spring mozzle was studied.The results show that:the jet at the beginning is a continuous liquid film,then the liquid film breaks into liquid lines and droplets and the cone angle of nozzle spray will gradually increases as the load of the nozzle increases.When the spring nozzle is under rated load,the atomization symmetry is good and the spray droplet size distribution is also fine.As the load increases,the Sauter diameter,minimum diameter and maximum diameter of atomized droplets will gradually increase.
