摘 要:通过静态容量瓶法研究了不同钙碱水质条件下,磺酸盐共聚物对PO3-4的稳定性能。结果表明:磺酸盐共聚物对PO3-4稳定性较好,且钙碱质量浓度对磺酸盐共聚物稳定PO3-4的性能影响较大。Ca2+质量浓度为600~800 mg/L时是磺酸盐共聚物对PO3-4稳定性的拐点,当Ca2+质量浓度低于600 mg/L时,磺酸盐共聚物对PO3-4稳定性较好,阻垢率最高可达80%,此时Ca2+质量浓度对磺酸盐共聚物稳磷性能基本没有影响,碱度为主要影响因素,应重点评价碱度对其稳磷性能的影响;当Ca2+质量浓度高于800 mg/L时,磺酸盐共聚物对PO3-4稳定性较差,阻垢率均低于60%,此时建议开发高钙条件下专用的稳磷聚合物。With the static volumetric flask method, the stability to PO4^3- of the sulphonate copolymer was studied in water quality conditions with the different Ca^2+ concentrations and alkalinities. The results show that the stability of sulphonate copolymer to PO4^3- is better, and the impacts of Ca^2+ concentration and alkalinity on the stability to PO4^3- of the sulphonate eopolymer are greater. When Ca^2+ concentration is 600 mg/L - 800 mg/L, it is the inflection point of the stability to PO4^3- of the sulphonate eopolymer. When Ca^2+ concentration is below 600 mg/L, the stability to PO4^3- of the sulphonate copolymer is higher. The highest fouling inhibition rate is 80%, and the alkalinity is the main impact factor. The impact of alkalinity on the stability to PO4^3- of the sulphonate copolymer should be evaluated. When Ca^2+ concentration is higher than 800 mg/L, the stability to PO4^3-of the sulphonate copolymer is poor. The fouling inhibition rates are all below 60%. In this circumstance, it is proposed to develop the special polymer to stabilize PO4^3- under the high - calcium water conditions.
