摘 要:基于Fluent商用软件,采用标准k-ε湍流模型和Mixture多相流模型、SIMPLE算法对固液两相流离心泵过流部件的三维固液两相流场进行数值计算,获得了不同颗粒直径、不同浓度下叶轮中截面和压水室中截面固相体积分数分布,计算分析了固体颗粒对离心泵叶轮和压水室磨损的影响。研究结果表明:颗粒直径对叶轮内固相浓度分布和运动规律影响较大,颗粒直径越大,颗粒易偏向于叶轮的工作面,导致叶轮工作面的切削磨损,且磨损主要发生在叶轮进口处和叶轮的出口段;颗粒体积浓度对颗粒的分布略有影响。压水室内的固相体积分数分布随颗粒直径和初始固相浓度的增大不断增大,在惯性力的作用下颗粒与液相在压水室发生分离,导致固相浓度的分布不均匀,对压水室壁面造成一定的磨损。The three - dimensional solid - liquid two - phase flow field of flow components of centrifugal pump was coupling simulated by commercial software Fluent, which was based on standard k - ε turbulent flow model and Mixture multiphase flow model, SIMPLE algorithm. The distribution of solid particles of different particle sizes and different volume fractions in the impeller and pressurized water chamber were obtained, and the influence of solid particles on the wear performance was analyzed. The results indicated that the particle diameter had greater impact on the distribution of solid particles and law of motion in the impeller. Particles with larger diameter were easy to flow to pressure surface of impeller, resulting in the cutting wear on the pressure surface of impeller. The abrasion mainly occurs in impeller inlet and outlet sections. The volume fraction also had an impact on particle distribution. The solid - phase volume fraction distribution increases with the increasing of particle diameter and the initial concentration of the solid phase. Under the effect of inertia, the solid particles were separated from liquid phase in the pressurized water chamber, leading to un - uniform distribution of solid phase concentration and wearing of wall.
