摘  要:针对某公司乙烯裂解炉运行期间出现的炉管腐蚀减薄、泄漏、爆管等问题,对其进行现场检测及原因分析。分析认为原料管线腐蚀主要原因是原料中含有机硫、H2S、氯等有害杂质,会对碳钢管线造成高温硫化物腐蚀、高温H2S/H2腐蚀以及湿硫化氢腐蚀;另外,物料冲刷、清焦不彻底引起偏流、稀释蒸汽注入形成的低点积液也是造成局部腐蚀的原因。建议对整体腐蚀严重的管线进行材质升级,并综合工艺防腐管理、加大检测及预知维修系统的应用。The corrosion of feed line of ethylene cracking furnace was tested and analyzed in the field. The analysis found that the main corrosions of the feed line were the high- temperature sulfide corrosion, the high -temperature H2S/H2 corrosion and wet H2 S caused by the detrimental impurities of organic sulfur, H2 S and chlorides etc. In addition, the effluent impingement erosion, deflected flow caused by incompleted coke cleaning and low - point liquid accumulation from diluted steam injection were also the culprits of local corrosions. It is suggested to upgrade the materials for the feed lines subject to serious corrosion, improve process corrosion management and strengthen corrosion detection, protection and maintenance.
