摘  要:根据中国石油化工股份有限公司催化剂长岭分公司在裂化催化剂装置上积累的腐蚀控制技术经验,总结了近年来在裂化催化剂装置高温部位的防腐措施及运用效果。实践经验表明:焙烧炉进出料箱及其附属管件、转动筛壳体、焙烧炉出口旋风分离器等部位采用310S材质;成胶反应器及胶体中间罐采用衬胶罐形式,并采用带钢结构骨架的玻璃钢搅拌罐;饱合器入口线采用哈氏合金材质;焙烧尾气喷淋水管采用衬四氟管,喷淋水泵选用石墨泵和衬氟泵;焙烧尾气小饱合器锥形顶盖及喷淋水喷枪采用HC276材质,喷嘴采用F46材质,喷枪连接软管采用衬四氟金属软管等。所选材料解决了裂化催化剂装置高温部位腐蚀泄漏频繁问题,均能达到良好的防腐效果。SINOPEC Changling Catalyst Company has accumulated rich experience in controlling the corrosion in the cracking catalyst manufacturing unit. The corrosion protection measures adopted for the high - temperature locations of the cracking catalyst manufacturing unit in recent years and application results are summarized, such as 310S stainless steel is selected for the outlet box of incinerator and associated fittings, shell of rotating screen and cyclone separator at the outlet of incinerator etc, gel - lined tank is used for gelling reactor and intermediate tank, FRP mixing tank with steel supports, Hastelloy steel is applied for outlet pipelines of saturator tank, Teflon - lined pipe is installed for the spray pipe of incinerator tail gas and graphite - lined or Teflon - lined pump is provided for spray water pumps, HC276 material is selected for the cone head of tail gas saturator and water spray gun and F46 material is used for spray nozzles, Teflon - line hose is utilized for the connection of spray nozzles, etc. The adoptions of theses measures have solved the frequent corrosion leaking problems of high - temperature parts of cracking catalyst manufacturing unit. The materials selected exhibited excellent corrosion resistance performances.
