手法结合中药治疗肩周炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察管式手法结合中药治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法依照自身前后对照的临床试验原则,对180例肩周炎患者采用管式手法结合中药治疗,分别在治疗前、第1次治疗后及2个疗程结束后针对疼痛变化程度(VAS评分)、肩关节功能活动变化程度(Melle评分系统)进行评分。结果 VAS评分、Melle评分均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),痊愈率为45.55%,总有效率为92.78%。结论管式手法治疗肩关节周围炎疗效显著,具有止痛、改善功能活动的疗效。Objective： To study the clinical effect of doctor Guan＇ manipulation plus traditional Chinese herbs in treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods： 180 cases with scapulohumeral periarthritis were treated with doctor Guan＇ manipulation plus traditional Chinese herbs. Shoulder function was evaluated by Melle scoring sys- tem and pain degree was examined by VAS scoring system before treatment,and after one and two courses of treatment. Results： The clinical effectiveness of doctor Guan＇ manipulation plus traditional Chinese herbs is sig- nificant in depressing shoulder pain and improving functional activity. The cure rate was 45.55% and the total ef- fective rate was 92.78%. Conclusion： Doctor Guan＇ manipulation plus traditional Chinese herbs is effective treat- ing scapulohumeral periarthritis by depressing shoulder pain and improving functional activity. It is worth to be popularized in clinical practice.
