摘  要:目的观察子午流注纳甲针法对急性缺血性脑血管病(AICD)模型大鼠神经功能、脑梗死体积的影响。方法选用SPF级SD雄性大鼠,采用大脑中动脉线栓法建立模型,随机数字表法随机分组,每日定时治疗1次,观察神经功能及脑梗死体积情况。结果循经组、纳甲组较模型组,神经功能评分下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),梗死灶体积减小(P<0.05),梗死灶体积百分比降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),纳甲组效果更加显著。结论子午流注纳甲针法可降低AICD模型大鼠神经功能缺损评分,缩小脑梗死体积,效果显著,优于循经组。Objective: To observe the influnences of Najia method of Ziwuliuzhu for neurological function and cerebral infarction volumn in rats with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods: SPF SD male rats were chosen to establish the model by way of middle cerebral artery bolt method. Groups were divided according to random number table method and received treatment once per day. Improvement of neural function and cerebral infarction volume were observed. Results: Compared with model group, neurological function score, infarct volume and infarct volume percentage decreased in Najia method group and channel-point group (P〈 0.05 ,P〈 0.01 ). To sum it up,the effect of Najia method group is more obvious. Conclusion: Najia method of Ziwuliuzhu can de- crease neural function defect scale of AICD model rat and reduce cerebral infarction volume. The effect is better than that of channel-point group.
