6种介类中药对高血压肝阳上亢大鼠“平肝潜阳”作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察6种介类中药对高血压肝阳上亢模型大鼠"平肝潜阳"的作用。方法选用自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)联合附子汤灌胃复制高血压肝阳上亢模型,8只健康SD大鼠作为正常组,64只SHR大鼠随机分为模型组、卡托普利组、牡蛎组、石决明组、瓦楞子组、珍珠母组、紫贝齿组、蛤壳组,每组8只。造模4周后,给予相应药物治疗2周,第4、6周末测定大鼠易激惹程度、血压和面部温度,第6周末ELISA法检测血清中NO含量。结果 4周后,模型组大鼠易激惹程度多表现为Ⅲ级,血压、面部温度均明显升高,血清NO含量明显减少。6周后,与模型组比较,卡托普利组和6个介类中药组血压均显著降低,卡托普利组、牡蛎组、石决明组、瓦楞子组大鼠面部温度亦降低,瓦楞子组大鼠血清NO含量有显著性回升(均P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论石决明能够明显改善高血压肝阳上亢模型大鼠症状,提示其具有显著的平肝潜阳作用。Objective： To observe 6 kinds of testacean TCM on the mechanism of ＂calming the liver and suppressing yang＂ in rats with hypertension of hyperactivity of liver yang. Methods： Hypertensive rats （SHR） were poured Fuzi decoction for 4 weeks to establish hypertension hyperactivity of live yang model. 8 healthy SD rats were chosen as normal group while 64 male SHR rats were randomly divided into model group,positive group, oyster group,abalone shell group,concha arcae group,mother-of-pearl group,concha cypraeae group,and clamshell group,with 8 rats in each group. 4 weeks after modeling, corresponding medicine was given for 2 weeks. At the end of 4th and 6th week,irritable degree,blood pressure changes, surface temperature improved greatly. At the end of 6th week,NO content of serum decreased significantly. Results： After 4 weeks,rats in model group showed the irritable degree III,and their blood pressure,surface temperature were significantly increased while NO content in serum decreased significantly. After 6 weeks, compared with model group,blood pressure of posi- tive group and of 6 testacean TCM groups significantly reduced. Surface temperature in positive group,oyster group,abalone shell group,and concha arcae group decreased. NO content in serum in concha arcae group signif- icantly rebounded. Conclusion： Abalone shell can significantly improve hyperactivity of liver yang which seems effective in calming the liver and suppressing yang. Concha arcae cannot ease the symptoms of hyperactivity of liver yang.
