穴位注射黄芪注射液防治化疗毒副反应的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察足三里、内关穴位注射黄芪注射液防治化疗毒副反应的临床疗效。方法将80例进行化疗的恶性肿瘤患者随机分为两组,治疗组在化疗基础上采用黄芪注射液穴位注射双侧足三里穴、内关穴,对照组在化疗基础上予以托烷司琼、利可君片治疗。结果治疗组消化道毒性反应的发生率、白细胞毒性的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗组的总有效率、生活质量提高率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄芪注射液穴位注射能有效防治化疗所致消化道毒副反应,在防治骨髓抑制方面明显优于对照组,并能有效改善患者的生活质量,提高近期疗效。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Huangqi injection at Zusanli and Neiguan acupoints on preventing chemotherapy toxicity.Methods：80 patients with malignant tumor after chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group was given injection of Huangqi at Zusanli and Neiguan acupionts while control group was given Tropisetron and Leucogen.Results：The incidence of gastrointestinal toxicity in treatment group was less than that of control group,and there was significant statistically differences between the two groups （P＜ 0.01）.White blood cell toxicity of treatment group was lower than that of control group,and there were statistical significant differences between the two groups （P＜ 0.05）.The total efficiency and improvement of life quality in treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group.Conclusion：Acupoint injection of Huangqi injection is effective in preventing gastrointestinal toxicity induced by chemotherapy.It is better than control group in aspect of prevention and treatment of bone marrow inhibitation,can effectively improve life quality and curative effect in the near future.
