摘　　要：目的探索织纹螺中毒的急救护理方法。方法对46例织纹螺中毒患者充分洗胃、保持呼吸道通畅以及密切观察病情,同时对患者选择合适的给氧途径给氧、对症支持治疗,给予必要的心理护理,安排专人观察患者的治疗情况。结果 46例患者全部治愈,在对患者进行后期的问卷调查中,结果显示患者对于此次治疗的满意度为99%。结论对织纹螺中毒的急救护理,关键是快速地对患者开展充分的洗胃,最大限度地降低毒物的吸收量。在急救过程中患者的各项生命指征应严密观察,特别是呼吸功能尤其需要注意。护理人员应当做好对患者随时实施气管插管或者进行气管切开呼吸机辅助呼吸的准备,以实现对致残率以及死亡率的有效控制。严格依照医生要求,使用足量的神经营养剂,并给予患者糖皮质激素以及呼吸兴奋剂进行治疗。在对患者进行急救护理的同时还需要及时对患者使用后的反应进行护理,同时关注对患者的心理护理。Objective： To explore emergency nursing method of paralytic shellfish poisoning. Methods： 46 patients with paralytic shellfish poisoning were given thorough gastric lavage with airways being kept open airway. At the same time, the proper way to oxygen, symptomatic treatment, and necessary psychological care were chosen for patients. Make sure the special arrangements were observed. Results： 46 patients were cured ,accounting to 100% of the total efficiency rate. Survey results showed that patients＇ satisfaction reached up to 99%. Conclusion： The key to emergency nursing method of paralytic shellfish poisoning is to guarantee the fastest speed to carry out thorough gastric lavage in order to make every possible effort to reduce absorption with poison. In the course of e- mergency nursing ,patient＇s vital signs need to be closely watched, especially respiratory function. Nurses should be fully prepared for endotracheal intubation or tracheotomy assisted by ventilator to control the morbidity and mortality. Nurses must act strictly according to doctor orders to give patients sufficient amount of neurotrophic agents as well as corticosteroids and respiratory stimulant. Nurses should also attend to patient＇s reaction after drug administration, and pay attention to patient＇s psychological state.
