中风护理单元对中风患者生存质量影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中风护理单元对中风患者生存质量的影响。方法:将136例中风患者随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组采用中风常规护理措施进行护理,试验组按照中风护理单元的系统模块给予护理。于入院和出院当日分别评估两组患者的生存质量。结果:试验组患者在干预后生存质量得分高于干预前(P<0.01),干预后在精力、家庭角色、语言、活动、情绪、自理能力、社会角色和上肢功能维度得分高于干预前(P<0.05);出院时试验组生存质量得分明显优于对照组(P<0.01),试验组在精力、家庭角色、活动、情绪、个性、社会角色和上肢功能方面得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中风护理单元能够为中风患者提供全方位、系统化的护理措施,促进各系统功能的恢复,使其树立战胜疾病的信心,进而改善其生存质量。Objective： To evaluate the effects of stroke care unit on quality of life in stroke patients. Methods： 136 patients were randomly divided into two groups （experimental group and control group）. The patients in the control group received routine nursing care. In addition, the patients in the experimental group received nursing care aeeording to stroke care unit. The scores of patients＇ quality of life in both groups were evaluated on the date of admission and discharge respectively. Results： The study showed that the scores of quality of life in the experimental group after the intervention were higher than which before the intervention （P〈0.01）, especially in the energy, family roles, language, activity, mood, self-care ability, social roles and upper limb function dimension. The scores of quality of life in experimental gruup were significantly better than that of control group （P〈0.01）, and there were significant differences in the dimensions of energy, family roles, activities, emotions, personality, social roles and functions of the upper limb. Conclusion： Stroke care unit be able to provide comprehensive, systematic nursing interventions for stroke patients to promote functional recovery, to establish the patients＇ confidence to overcome the disease and to improve their quality of life.
