针刺眼周三穴联合风池穴治疗视神经萎缩的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究针刺眼周三穴(睛明、承泣、上明)联合风池穴治疗视神经萎缩的临床疗效。方法采用前瞻性随机对照方法,将40例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组20例。对照组辨证给予口服中药汤剂、神经营养支持疗法,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上,针刺睛明穴、承泣穴、上明穴、风池穴,1次/d,4周后观察视力、视野和视觉诱发电位变化。结果治疗组总有效率为81%,对照组总有效率为52%。治疗组与对照组治疗后比较,视力明显改善,平均光敏感度(MS)显著增加,平均缺损值(MD)显著降低,诱发电位振幅明显增加(P<0.05)。治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺眼周三穴联合风池穴治疗视神经萎缩有较好的临床疗效。Objective To study the curative effect of needling in 3 acupoints around eye [ Jingming （ BL1 ）, Chengqi （ ST1 ） and Shangming I and Fengchi （ GB20 ） on optic atrophy. Methods The patients （n = 40 ） were randomly divided into treatment group and control group （each n = 20 ） by applying prospective randomized controlled method. Control group was given Chinese medicinal decoction and support therapy of nerve nutrition, and treatment group was given acupuncture in Jingming （ BL1 ）, Chengqi （ST1）, Shangming and Fengchi （GB20） once a day besides of the same treatment as control group. After 4 w, the changes of vision, visual field and visual evoked potential （VEP） were observed in two groups. Results The total effective rate was 81% in treatment group and 52% in control group. After treatment and in treatment group, vision was significantly improved, mean light sensitivity （MS） increased significantly, increased significantly （ mean defect （MD） decreased significantly and evoked potential amplitude P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Needling in 3 acupoints around eye and Fengchi（GB20） has good curative effect on optic atrophy.
