摘　　要：SF-120CT滚子轴承内滚道精研机采用液压定心和端面压滚压紧方法夹持工件。液压定心夹具结构比较复杂,对液压油要求较高。当砂轮末等杂质较多时,容易造成内孔划痕和划伤。针对存在的问题,将液压定心夹具改进为回转定心夹具,提高了换活效率和夹具通用性,降低了夹具成本,消除了划痕和划伤。SF-120CT lapping machine for inner raceway of roller bearing adopts hydraulic centering and end pressing method to clamping workpiece. The ifxture structure of hydraulic centering is more complex, and the requirement for hydraulic oil is much higher. When the amount of last grade impurity is large, it is easy to scratch the inner hole. Aiming at the existed problem, the hydraulic centering ifxture was improved for rotary centering ifxture so as to improve the workpiece changing efifciency and the generality of ifxture. The cost of ifxture is reduced and the scratches are eliminated.
