摘　　要：针对聚乙烯薄膜吹塑工艺中因冷却不充分而使产量和质量受到限制的问题,详细论述了冷却定型装置的分类、冷却机理、风环结构、熔融聚乙烯的物理性能与成型条件等方面内容,对提高冷却定型装置的生产效率及产品质量有所帮助,以期获得更好的加工状态及更高的加工稳定性。This paper provides the solution to solve the problem that cooling is not sufifcient to yield and quality is restricted because of polyethylene iflm blow moulding process and discusses in detail the cooling device classiifcation, mechanism of cooling, air ring structure, molten polyethylene physical properties and forming conditions of cooling device, so as to improve the production efifciency and product quality and make the processing condition and process stability better.
