摘　　要：采用合理的成分设计、洁净钢生产技术及控轧控冷工艺,实现了610MPa级高强度汽车大梁用钢的工业生产。结果表明,610L具备优良的微观组织,稳定的力学性能,良好的低温冲击韧性,优异的冷成型性能,能够满足载重车车身轻量化要求。Adopting reasonable chemical composition design, clean steel technology and TMCP process,industry productions of 610 MPa grade high strength steel Plate for automobile frame had been realized. Test results showed that 610L plate could meet the demand of bodywork weight-cutting by various trucks with sound microstructure, steady mechanical properties, good low temperature impact toughness and excellent cold formability.
