摘  要:介绍了内蒙古地区煤炭赋存、水资源及分布情况,对2030年前内蒙古地区水资源及环境容量对建设大型火电基地的支撑及限制情况进行了分析,指出科学地规划利用有限的水资源,严格执行用水标准和定额,加强水务管理,大力推广节水技术的使用是缓解水资源匮乏对火电发展限制的有效措施。同时指出,加快推进"煤中取水"技术在火力发电厂的应用,可以有效地缓解水资源匮乏对火电发展的制约,实现煤炭资源及水资源的高效、持续利用,推动内蒙古自治区社会经济持续发展。The coal storage and water sources distribution statuses in Inner Mongolia Region have been introduced. The restriction and support of water sources and environment capacity on large-scale coal-fired generation base construction in this region before 2030 have been analyzed. Measurements including scientific planning and utilization of the limited water sources, strictly following water consumption standard and quota, intensifying water utilities management and widely popularizing water conservation techniques, are proposed to effectively relief the lack of water, which restricts the development of cola-fired generation. It has also pointed out that to speed up the application of "getting water from coal" technique in coal-fired power plants could realize the high efficiency and sustainable utilization of coal and water sources, which promote the development the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
