摘  要:从吉林省电源结构、系统调峰、无功及安全稳定等方面,分析了制约吉林省风电大规模开发的主要因素,综合考虑风能资源开发规划、结合地区电网风电消纳能力,计算分析东北电网和吉林省风电消纳能力,提出吉林省风电采用特高压外送华北、华东电网消纳的方案,并对外送方式、送端电源组织、送受端落点进行分析,提出需要寻找合适的省外和区域外消纳方式,建议东北实行统一调度。The restriction factors on wind power development in large scale have been analyzed in the aspects of Jilin power structure, system peak load regulation, reactive power and safety stability. With comprehensive consideration of wind sources development plan and regional power grid wind power consumption capacity, the wind power consumption capacities of Jilin and Northeast power grids have been calculated. The consumption plan of wind power transmission from J ilin to North China and East China has been proposed. The transmission mode , transmission side power resource organization, transmission and receiving point have been analyzed. Corresponding suggestions have been proposed.
