徽文化休闲观与徽州休闲体育文化研究

摘　　要：作为中华主流文化传承与创新代表的徽文化,休闲与休闲体育早以自己独特的内涵和表现形式存在于民族悠久的历史中。通过文献资料、专家访谈、实地调查等方法,初步探讨了徽文化的休闲观,总结出了以"理"释"仁"、以人为本,实现"天人合一",体验生命快乐和宗族"同乐"的超前自由休闲观等。目的在弘扬徽文化和为现代休闲研究提供更多的理论借鉴和文化资源。Huizhou culture is a representative for the heritage and innovation of the mainstream of Chinese culture. The concept of leisure and leisure sports in Huizhou culture have already existed in the long national history with their own connotations and unique forms of expression. Through literature, expert interviews, field surveys and other methods, the research preliminary studies the concept of leisure in Huizhou culture. And such concepts as interpreting ＂benevolence＂ with ＂reason＂, being people-oriented, realizing ＇harmony between man and nature＂, and the advanced free leisure concept of experiencing happiness of life, especially with clansmen are summarized. The paper aims to carry forward Huizhou culture and provide more theoretical references and cultural resources for modem leisure research.
