摘　　要：随着网络经济竞争环境的加剧和消费者需求的多样化,创新主体不断加强外部的技术合作,产业技术联盟逐步形成;而知识的分享、传播与创造是发挥产业联盟协同效应的关键,通过构建产业技术联盟网络结构模型与知识、信息传播模型,分析产业技术联盟的知识分享机制,并为我国产业技术联盟发展提出对策建议。Since the network economic competition environment and the diversification of consumer demand, the innovation main body continuous ly strengthen external technical cooperation, gradually formed industrial technology alliance. This article construct industry technology alliance net work structure model and the model of knowledge, information dissemination, analysis of industry technology alliance knowledge sharing mecha nism, and put forward countermeasures and Suggestions for development of China＇s industrial technology alliance.
