摘　　要：电磁频谱是重要的战略资源,有效的频谱管控可以保证平时和战时部队电子装备的频谱需求,在此方面美军一直走在世界的前列。本文着重研究了美军电磁频谱管控法规条令、体系结构,分析了美军高效频谱管控的关键所在,为加强我军频谱管控各个方面提供了参考和帮助。Electromagnetic spectrum is an important strategic resource, effective spectrum management and control guarantee the spectrum needs of peacetime and wartime. US military has been at the forefront of the world in this regard. This article focuses on the US military electromagnetic spectrum regulations and architecture, the The analysis of U. S, military efficient spectrum management and control system can enhance provide a reference on all aspects of spectrum management and control system of our armed forces.
