摘  要:从火力发电厂烟气特性出发,分析了化学吸收CO2捕获工艺流程,评估了醇胺吸收剂和改进型吸收剂的特点及适用性,总结了吸收剂在国内外CO2捕获示范工程中的应用情况,提出了化学吸收工艺能耗分析参数体系,通过工程和理论研究两个路径对化学吸收CO2捕获工艺的能耗水平进行了分析.分析结果表明化学吸收工艺吸收剂以胺和混合胺为市场主导,CO2捕获吸收剂的再生能耗一般介于3.0~4.2GJ/t之间.In this paper,it explored the research status and the development trend of CO2 capture process by chemical absorption in thermal power plant.By starting from the characteristics of flue gas in thermal power plants,this paper analyzed the technological process of CO2 capture process by chemical absorption,evaluated the characteristics and the applicability of alcohol amine and novel absorbent,summarized the application of absorbent on CO2 capture demonstration projects at home and abroad,proposed the parameters system about energy consumption analysis of chemical absorption process,and analyzed the energy consumption level of the CO2 capture process through engineering research and academic research.It concludes that the amine and mixed amine absorbent dominate the market and absorbent regeneration energy consumption is generally between 3.0 GJ/t CO2 and 4.2 GJ/t CO2.
