摘　　要：医疗纠纷的表象是医患双方之间的对立和冲突,实质是社会建设和治理过程中的缺陷所衍生出的结果,需要用创新机制来完善。文章结合我国的宏观经济环境和微观管理制度,深入剖析医疗纠纷产生的深层原因、难以调处的症结和核心矛盾,提出保证医疗市场的供给平衡、建立诚信机制、加强对患方的心理疏导、给予恰当的损害赔偿等途径,以有效地预防、化解医疗纠纷。Superficially, medical dispute is the opposition and conflict between doctors and patients, while its essence is the consequence derived from the defects in the process of social development and governance, which needs to be improved by innovative mechanism. Combining with the macroeconomic environment and micro man-agement system in our country, this paper further analyzes the underlying causes, the problems difficult to mediate and the core contradiction of medical disputes, puts forward the countermeasures such as guaranteeing the supply balance of medical market, establishing credit mechanism, strengthening psychological counseling of the patients, and giving proper compensation so as to effectively prevent and resolve medical disputes.
