摘　　要："医师多点执业"改革制度是新医改中一项探索性举措,旨在促进优秀医师人才合理流动,解决"看病难、看病贵"问题。文章应用SWOT分析法对"医师多点执业"的优势、劣势、机会、威胁进行了分析,并在此基础上提出提出了完善社会保障制度、增加对基层医疗卫生领域的投入、完善相应的法律法规、减少行业限制、进行人事制度改革等促进医生多点执业实施的策略。The reform of ＂doctors＇ multi-sited license＂ is an exploration in the new healthcare reform, de-signed to promote the rational flow of outstanding trained doctors, and solve the problem of medical care cost. The article analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of ＂doctors＇ multi-sited license＂ by ap-plying SWOT method, and based on this, advances the following measures to promote the implementation of ＂doc-tors＇ multi-sited license＂： perfecting social security system; increasing the investment in basic medical and health field; perfecting the corresponding laws and regulations; reducing trade restrictions; and reforming personnel sys-tem, etc..
