法医命案现场勘验分析存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：法医命案现场勘验工作是法医重中之重的工作,要求法医应用专业技术,通过现场勘验对案件需要解决的各方面的问题进行全面研究,科学分析,逻辑推理判断,以澄清事实,做出结论。文章着重讨论法医在命案现场勘查中存在的问题,并对造成这些问题的原因进行了探讨,寻求并提出了提高法医命案现场勘验质量的对策,以期提高命案现场勘验分析水平及现场重建能力,充分发挥法医在命案侦破中的作用。Forensic inquest on the murder scene is the priority job for legal medical experts, which requires the application of professional technology, and undertakes a comprehensive study, scientific analysis, logical rea-soning and judgment of all aspects of the problems by scene inquest in order to clarify the facts and make a con-clusion. This paper focuses on forensic problems in forensic inquest on the murder scene, probes into the causes of these problems, and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the quality of forensic inquest on the murder scene, with the purpose of improving the level of the scene inquest and the ability of scene reconstruction, and bringing into full play legal medical experts＇ function in the investigation of murder cases.
