摘 要:考虑到不同等级陶粒的适用范畴、工艺流程和生产成本,在适当的实验条件下,以山西省晋城市某煤矿的煤矸石为原料,不添加其他配料,在实验室经过破碎、预热、焙烧、冷却等步骤,烧制出了性能优异、可以用于结构保温混凝土或高强混凝土的900级陶粒。实验证明,焙烧温度对烧制陶粒的性能影响较大,煤矸石的均化处理和煤矸石的含碳量也是烧制陶粒实验两个不容忽视的因素。本研究中所采用的原料配方、实验工艺可以作为今后煤矸石陶粒生产性实验的初步依据。全煤矸石烧制陶粒的开发应用,为大量利用煤矸石开辟了新的途径,在具有显著的社会效益和环境效益的同时,还具有良好的经济效益。After Laboratory crushing, preheating, roasting, cooling and some other steps, the Level 900 haydite which is of excellent performance and applicable in thermal insulation concrete and high strength concrete has been prepared under the appropriate experiment conditions, with consideration of the applicable scope, process flow, and production cost of different-level haydite, and the gangue from a coal mine in Jineheng city, Shanxi province as the raw material and the only ingredient. Experiments prove that the calcinations temperature has a great effect on the haydite prepared and the gangue homogenization treatment and its carbon content are two significant factors. The raw material formulation and process flow in this study can be taken as a preliminary basis for future productive experiments of coal gangue haydite. The development and application of haydite prepared from full gangue set a new way for the extensive use of coal gangue which not only has significant social and environmental benefits, but also has good economic benefits.
